Returns Policy

At Thirupass, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns only in limited circumstances. Returns are eligible only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect. Customers must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order by contacting our customer support. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged due to customer handling, or purchased during sale or promotional offers unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. Returns requested due to a change of mind, colour preference, or size preference will not be accepted unless specifically approved by our team.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return request. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Any exchange request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order, and the product must meet the return eligibility conditions mentioned above.
